Do you have distributors in different parts of the world?
We currently do not have distributors in other countries. We have been approached by several different companies regarding their representation of our products in different International markets. But, to date we have not entered into any agreements to distribute our designs outside the United States.
How can I become your distributor outside the United States?
We’d be delighted to discuss the possibilities for this arrangement with solid established companies looking to expand their product line by securing exclusive distribution rights for our designs in different markets throughout the World. ShippingDo you ship outside the United States?
We do from time to time accept orders from established businesses in other countries around the world. We must, however, be able to verify the existence and location of your business, and the validity of your credit card information.
Your credit card must be approved for purchases in U.S. Dollars. Also, we will only accept orders from businesses having a valid corporate shipping account with FedEx to charge your shipping costs to.This is the only way will ship outside the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from any person, business or country we feel might not be in our best interest. Please Email us and let us know: what you would like to order; if you have a U.S. credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express); and if you have a FedEx shipping account. We can then let you know how to place your order.
Do you offer Express or next day shipping?
No, we’re sorry but we do not offer any express or next day shipping. Due to the custom nature of our poster printing process, we schedule production based on when orders arrive. Poster printing is usually a 2 – 3 day process. At that time we will ship your order.
How much will shipping cost me?
Our flat rate shipping charge is simple: only $5.95 for any size order in the U.S. Compared to our actual shipping costs, this is a huge savings for you.
How can you afford to offer flat rate shipping?
We understand that with many online retailers shipping can really add up. It’s a hidden expense. Something that really matters, and can make or break a purchase decision. That’s why we decided long ago to always offer flat rate shipping at the lowest price we can manage.
We all know that there are many retailers that pad their shipping costs to create an extra profit center for themselves. P-R Posters™ does not believe in making extra money from our shipping/handling fee. We just want to cover the bulk of our cost to get your products to you in a timely fashion. So, we offer shipping for one low flat rate charge – no matter how many posters you purchase
How do you pack the posters and frames?
All posters, prints, and gallery wrap canvas are carefully packaged in sturdy shipping tubes or boxes.
What happens if my posters arrive damaged?
In the remote possibility that your posters were to arrive damaged, we simply ask that you contact us right away to let us know the details of the damage.
For our quality control purposes, we need to determine if the damage was caused “in-house” in our production facility or during shipment.
We will then instruct you on what to do to get your order replaced. But, rest assured we will do whatever it takes to make things right by you. We pride ourselves in our quality product, our sturdy shipping, and our complete commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

No, we do not guarantee our shipping or production times. Our posters are custom printed for you when you order them. Due to the technical aspects of creating the highest quality posters, and due to the variables in delivery times, we simply will not guarantee our times. So sorry. But, rest assured, most orders arrive to our customers within 7 – 9 business days from when they are ordered.
What shipping service do you use?
We use US Priority Mail in the United States.
Are there any hidden costs when ordering from you?
No… absolutely not. You simply have the cost of the product, the cost of the shipping. For those of you who live in Wisconsin (like we do) – there is a 5.5% sales tax we are required to collect.

Why is your company name P-R Posters™? What does this mean?
When we first started our business, we were advised to carefully choose a unique name. A name that provided an identity. We chose P-R Posters™ because of our family name:
Peltier-Robson. P-R does not stand for Public Relations or Puerto Rico on our website – it stands for our family name.
Why did you start P-R Posters™?
P-R Posters™ began as a learning/teaching experience. Mark Peltier-Robson decided he wanted to teach his two home-learning sons about the Internet, business ethics, and sharing.
Ever since his childhood, Mark had enjoyed filling his walls with motivational posters and quotes. One day his eight year old son, Devin, asked him what was the most important thing in life. Without hesitation, Mark answered “Love! Love is the most important thing.” Well, Devin (the ever curious child) then wanted to know what number two, three, and four were. So, Mark created his first poster – “The 10 Most Important Things“.
This was the beginning of what has now become a successful online business. A business that is equally owned by the four members of the Peltier-Robson family. A business they started as a way to learn. A business that has taught them all some valuable life lessons. A business founded on Love – the Most Important thing! Tell me about your company.
P-R Posters™ is a family owned and operated business that began in 1999. Dedicated to spreading a little light and positivity around the World by sharing our unique motivational poster designs.
Back in 1999 we just had two divisions to our company. First, we offered all of our motivational designs available to print for Free from our Print-A-Poster.com website. There, visitors can print as many of our 5″x7″ personal size posters as they want. The other division was the commercial side of the business that offered all of our designs for sale as high-resolution prints that came laminated in sizes up to 12″x18″.
In the year 2000, we developed our Educators Resource CD programs. These special CDs contain 100 printable poster designs in the 8″x10″ size. They also contain a host of other goodies including a 50-design screensaver. We soon found that businesses appreciated this product almost as much as schools and teachers.
In 2001, Pocket Poster Packs was added to our group of companies. In 2003 we added Premium Posters.com, Motivation Posters.com, and Custom Corporate Posters. In 2004 Spanish Motivation Posters.com was added to our growing list of companies. 2005 saw the birth of Bible Verse Posters. In 2006 we began offering all of our poster designs in larger poster sizes utilizing the highest quality giclée printing method. In 2007, we started My-Exclusive-Poster.com and are offering frames and framing service for all our poster designs. In 2008, we started Business Motivation Posters and Native American Insights.
Also in 2008 was the addition of our HealthChi Products website that offers HTE USA™ Health Machines and Nutritional Supplements.
And, a multi-distributor based website to promote the HTE USA™ products – it is called Chi Machine TEAM.
In 2011, we added a new division that offered many of our most popular designs printed on the revolutionary new Peel and Stick poster fabric. Also in 2011 we began using PosterDog.com to print our posters and gallery wrap canvas prints.
For optimum exposure and marketing of our different types of motivational products, P-R Posters™ Motivational Companies is maintained as a group of separate businesses dedicated to providing our customers with a high quality variety of unique motivational products.

Do you accept purchase orders?
No, we do not accept purchase orders. Our business model does not include accounts receivable. We understand that many Schools and Businesses require the use of purchase orders. We are sincerely sorry that we will not be able to service you under those terms.
We do have a payment option in our shopping cart (Business Check) that allows you to place your order online without giving payment information. Your shopping cart will generate an invoice that you can send to us with your complete payment for your order. This is a convenient way to order – then pay by check in the mail.
Can you bill my company for the posters I order?
No, we do not do any billing. Our business model does not include accounts receivable.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge 5.5% sales tax to our customers who live in Wisconsin – even if they ship the posters to another State. We do not currently charge sales tax to other States.
We need a copy of your W9 for our purchase department. How dow we get it?

Do you offer an affiliate program?
No we do not offer an affiliate program. Our business model does not support the additional price mark-up required to attract a reputable affiliate organization. We also realize that many aggressive affiliates resort to spam tactics to try to attract customers. That is simply an unacceptable risk we’re not willing to take. Besides, there are several other companies out there that specialize in the whole affiliate poster business. This is not an area we choose to pursue.
Can I work for your company?
Thank-you for asking. But, we are a family owned and operated business that has worked hard to develop an excellent ecommerce system requiring no outside staff to operate. That’s the amazing thing about e-business… the ability to grow a large successful operation with minimal overhead.
Can I sell you my photos to be used in your posters?
No. Because of the complexities of copyright law and the potential of “deals gone bad”, we choose to only use tried and true professional photo resources, use our own photos, or public domain sources.
Can I sell you my poster designs, so you can sell them to your customers?
No. We do not accept outside creations for sale from any of our companies. It is simply not a business model we feel comfortable with. We create all of our P-R Posters™ designs in-house.
Can I recommend a quote or famous saying for you to make a poster from?
Sure, we get recommendations and requests almost every week. Some of our most popular designs feature quotes that were recommended by our visitors. We certainly can’t guarantee that we will use your recommendation, but we do enjoy hearing what our visitors want. You can contact us here:

Do you plan on offering your posters in other languages?
At this point we are only offering a limited number of our poster designs translated into Spanish. We currently offer over 400 designs from our Spanish Motivation Posters website. Some day in the future, perhaps, we will connect with the right resources to translate into other languages as well.

It’s really very simple. When you look at the huge variety of motivational poster designs we’ve created over the years, and you read the quotes and famous sayings that are featured on the posters – You WILL Feel Better!
That’s what is so powerful and comforting about our collection. That’s why we do what we do. That’s why we chose that slogan to represent our company.
When did you start offering custom posters?
We started selling custom designed posters to businesses back in 2003 through our Custom Corporate Posters website. We began the consumer version for custom created posters with the introduction of our My-Exclusive-Poster website in January 2007.
This website specialize in working directly with the customer to bring their ideas to life. The customer chooses the quote, poem, or famous saying that they would like. Then our skilled poster artists help enhance the thought with beautiful blending of background photos and text styling. The final results are just what the customer wanted. A one of a kind custom design created just for them. A custom masterpiece lasting decades.
When did you start selling posters online?
We actually started selling our poster designs online way back in late 1995. Back then we were known as Harmony House Enterprises and started off with just 10 poster designs. It wasn’t until November 11, 1999 (11/11/99) that we officially began business as P-R Posters™. Back then our collection was a little over 100 poster designs.
When did you start selling frames to go with your posters?
We started selling our line of ready made and custom frames in January 2007. We decided to stop selling frames in 2011 due to the high prices, low profits, and lack of interest from our customer base.
Where do you get the quotes and famous sayings that you use?
We subscribe to several services that provide motivational quotes. We also research on the Internet to find famous sayings and quotes that we feel would be well received by our visitors. We also receive suggestions from our website visitors.
Where do you get the background photos that you use?
We purchase the usage rights to the background photos we use from several professional resources, as well as public domain sources.
What are your plans for the future?
We always strive to share our motivational designs with more people around the World. By promoting our Free Print-A-Poster website, we are reaching out to all corners of the Earth to bring a little light in the midst of darkness. To share a smile with those who cry.
